Orders :

Placing an order is easy! Simply select the cake you want from our website, customize it to your liking, and enter your delivery and payment information. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders on a case-by-case basis.

Returns :

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on our cakes and baked goods. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and make it right.

If there is an issue with the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the issue and make it right.

If there is an issue with the customization of your order or the order was not fulfilled according to your specifications, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the issue and make it right.

Cancellation :

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy for all orders. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the delivery date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the order total. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before the delivery date, you will be charged the full order amount.
